Summer Reading Challenge

Pack your binoculars and your books, we're headed for Wilderville

About Wild World Heroes

Wilderville is already a pretty cool place, but there are lots of things that the Wild World Heroes can do to make their town even better for the people and animals that live there. Join them for the Summer Reading Challenge 2021 and discover how you can make a difference to the environment too.

The Reading agency have teamed up with WWF for a very special nature-themed Challenge that will inspire you to stand up for the planet!

Visit your local East Riding Library to sign up for FREE and get your Wild World Heroes collector poster and stickers.

It's free to join the library too! Find out more on the Memberships page.

The challenge

Read 6 books over the summer holidays, let us know how you've got on and receive a finisher's medal and certificate to show off to all your friends.

We can even help you find new books to read and will have some exciting themed activities on offer too. Follow @ERlibraries on Facebook and Twitter, and @eastridinglibraries on Instagram to keep up to date with our Librarians reading recommendations for books, eBooks and eAudiobooks!

You can browse in our Digital Library and log in to the catalogue to browse, reserve and renew your books.
