Collecting For Jackie
We know times are increasingly difficult for everyone at the moment, but we are here to help where we can.
If you are in need of products during your period, drop into one of our library branches, library and customer service centres or mobile libraries. All you need to say to a member of staff is ‘I’m collecting for Jackie’ and they will give you a bag with period products in, completely free of charge.
There is no limit to how many times you can use this service so please come back whenever you need to. Make sure to spread the word so that everyone who needs period products can access them.

Confirm what you need
We will ask you to check an anonymous piece of paper to confirm if you want pads, tampons or both. There's some optional questions too to help us improve the service.
Receive your free pack
You will be given a plain paper bag to walk away with. Use the service again whenever you need.
