Before you start

To set up your device to borrow eMagazines you will need:

Borrow eNewspapers

Step 1

Click Sign in on the app or website.

Step 2

If you get a pop up at any time about using a hotspot, close it by clicking the X.

Step 3

Select Libraries & Groups and then Select Library or Group.

Step 4

When the list of libraries appears, search for: east riding. When it appears, select it.

Step 5

Enter your Library Card Number and PIN. Tick to stay signed in. If asked, tick to allow registration verification. Click Sign in.

Step 6

Depending on your device, you may be asked to enter your email address and name (first visit only).

Step 7

Browse, read, enjoy.

Step 8

Signing in gives you 30-days of registration. You need to carry out steps 1 to 7 again after each 30-day period.

Be sure to explore all the settings to tailor your preferences.

How many eNewspapers can I have?

You can read over 160 UK newspapers, over 140 from other countries, in 60 different languages, plus 100s of previous issues. Select auto-download on your favourite newspapers to have them delivered automatically to your device every day it is published. Remember there is free public Wi-Fi at all of our branch libraries to download your eNewspapers.

You can download hundreds of eMagazines using the same account on the same platform.
