Local studies
Collection holds an extensive range of local and family history materials. Items range from historic maps and photographs to local historic newspapers on microfilm. All East Riding Libraries are part of the Online Centres Network. You can access free, self-paced IT courses with Learn My Way and 400+ free Technology Guides from Digital Unite on our computers. You have access to the following at this library. Charges only apply for printing and photocopying. (See our Fees and Charges):

Stay hydrated
East Riding Libraries are part of the refill network for free water. Just ask any member of staff to fill your water bottle for you.
Welcoming places
East Riding Libraries are offering warm welcoming places, with comfy seating, books, games and jigsaws.
Public transport
It is a five minute walk to the train station and bus station in Goole.
Parking
Free long stay parking behind the building.
Location accessibility
Level entrance, automatic door, public toilets next to library with radar key toilet.
Only assistance dogs are allowed on site.
There is an area where up to 10 single buggies or up to 3 mobility scooters or 3 wheelchairs, can be stored while you visit the library. There is no need to pre-book these spaces if attending an event at the library.
