Get online at the Howden Centre
All East Riding Libraries are part of the Online Centres Network. You can access free, self-paced IT courses with Learn My Way on our computers. You have free access to the following at this library:
- Four computers for public use
- Adjustable height desk for wheelchair users
- Roller ball mouse
- Accessibility software: Microsoft magnifier, narrator and on-screen keyboard
- Free Wi-Fi, internet and email access
- Google docs, sheets and slides software
- A4 scanner
- Colour and black and white printing
- A4 and A3 photocopying
There is free one hour parking in the Market Place or paid parking at the rear of the Howden Centre.
Wheelchair access via ramp. Automatic door. Only assistance dogs are allowed on site.
The nearest bus stop is two minutes walk away on Bridgegate.
